ABOUT MY WALK OF LIFE
Our Mission is to “promote mental wellness and enhance the wellbeing of disadvantaged populations through means of advocacy, education, direct care, and community engagement.” Health Care Disparities are often the Common Denominator and direct source to Mental Health Illnesses, which largely exist in Low Socioeconomic and Minority Communities.
The My Walk of Life Family are comprised of passionate Health Care Professionals and Community Advocates that share the same passion and vision towards enhancing Mental Health Education and Prevention as well as ensuring that anyone who is looking for Mental Health Care will not be deterred because of Affordability and Accessibility circumstances.
Mental Health determinants play an essential role in how our community functions, we all can play a part in either saving or improving the quality of life of someone in need of affordable and accessible Mental Health Services.
